We have a 16-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You must return merchandise in its original package for a full refund or exchange within 16 days of receiving the package. Excluding embroidery products (see embroidery information for more details),

We will offer a store credit for your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way, if that applies in your case.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
